THEY improv is known for helping create success for over half of the Fortune 500. We work with the government, charitable organizations, and civic leaders to help advance a variety of efforts at enhancing the world around us. So, why did THEY get into the political realm?

Our Director had been influenced by politics from an early age and had been expected by many to become a politician. He was involved in Debate at the high school and collegiate level, as both a participant and a coach. In high school, he was in a model congress and successfully debated bills on the floor of the Texas House of Representatives. He has been hired by organizations from both sides of the aisle in a variety of capacities. Expanding that effort seemed like a natural growth from where THEY were.

MISSION STATEMENT
To provide meaningful advantage to our clients in delivering messages, enhancing their advocacy, and advancing their cause through entertaining events, training, and consulting, that work to raise the level of discourse and provide methods that tend to UNITE rather than DIVIDE.

WE WANT OUR CLIENTS TO BENEFIT FROM OUR SERVICES AND REAP THE REWARDS FOR SUCCESS. WE ZEALOUSLY WORK FOR OUR CLIENTS AND GUARD THEIR INFORMATION TO KEEP IT CONFIDENTIAL. OUR GOALS ARE SIMPLY TO HELP OUR CLIENTS AND MAKE HIRING THEY POLITICAL WORTHWHILE.

THIS IS EXPLAINING THAT WE HAVE MULTI-PRONGED APPROACHES TO ACHIEVE OUR CLIENTS' GOALS. WE LOOK TO HELP THEM BEYOND THE SCOPE OF OUR ENGAGEMENT, WHEN POSSIBLE, WITHOUT GOING BEYOND WHAT OUR CLIENTS WOULD WANT. SIMPLY PUT, WE LOOK FOR EVERY ADVANTAGE WE CAN FIND, AND PRESENT THEM TO OUR CLIENTS FOR POTENTIAL ACTION.

WE FIND THAT PEOPLE ARE MORE OPEN TO WHAT IS SAID IF THEY ARE HAVING A GOOD TIME. JUST BECAUSE WE KNOW HOW TO BE FUNNY DOESN'T MEAN THAT WE'RE NOT SERIOUS ABOUT HELPING OUR CLIENTS AND IN THE SKILLS WE BRING TO THEIR EVENTS. WE CAN MAKE ACHIEVING YOUR GOALS ENTERTAINING AT THE SAME TIME.

UNITE RATHER THAN DIVIDE

WE ARE NON-PARTISAN AS A COMPANY. WE BELIEVE THAT SUCCESS AS A NATION REQUIRES SOME MEASURE OF COOPERATION. WE ARE NOT NAIVE ENOUGH TO BELIEVE THAT WE WILL SOLVE THE WORLD'S ILLS, BUT WE DO WISH TO HELP RATHER THAN HINDER. WE ARE AWARE THAT IN BACK ROOMS, POLITICIANS OFTEN GET ALONG WELL. WE ARE JUST MAKING CLEAR THAT WE ARE NOT PARTISAN HACKS LOOKING TO BRING DOWN THE SYSTEM.

THEY Political is the arm of THEY improv, LLC providing consulting and entertainment services to those involved in politics. This includes everyone from Congresspeople, PACs, policy wonks, appointees, committee members, government contractors, the military, lobbyists, other consultants, government employees, judiciary, party staff, and pundits. We operate throughout the United States and can work with those at the City, County, State, Federal, and UN levels. Travel may be required for some of the more out of the way locations and you should simply contact us to find options that are available to achieve your goals.
